detecting wall dampness in a ground floor retail in Poble Nou (Barcelona)

Humidity measurement to find out the sources and causes for this dampness. The devices used for this were a material humidity measurer, a air temperature and humidity measurer and a surface temperature measurer.

These measurements were able to prove that the origin of this humidity was mainly from a different source than the rising dampness of the walls. Thus the client has been able to argue with his insurance company about the responsibility of this damage.
